Dukan Diet 1st Day restart 杜肯減肥法重新開始第一天 - 1 of 3 Attack Phase

12-Oct-2015 8:00am - 204lb

Breakfast - Oat Bran Muffin + 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk


Morning Snack - 1 sunny side-up + 1 small chicken thigh


Lunch - 2pcs of black pepper pork chop


Afternoon Snack - 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner - 6 meat balls + Shirataki noodles


Evening Snack - 3 chinese herbal tea egg white (茶葉蛋白)

Exercise : 40 degree uphill walk for 20 mins



Broken of Dukan Diet on 2nd day of Cruise Phase, to be restarted

Due to birthday celebration, and unprepared weekend without enough food to cook. I had to fail back to find thing to eat outside, which is very tough in Hong Kong.

On Sunday morning, I have already gained back 600g. OMG.

And on Sunday itself, due to the birthday cake and 2 small slices of bread and other things I shouldn't be eating. I have put back a total of 1.9lb, now I am back to 204lb. But I am not going to give up. I will restart the attack phase for 3 days before resuming the Cruise phase.

Dukan Diet 5th Day 杜肯減肥法第五天 - Attack phase 5 of 5 day

Finally I felt fresh in the morning after 4 days of tiredness and hunger . 

Breakfast : Oat Bran Muffin

Morning snack : 1 Sunny side up egg + Grilled Chicken Thigh

Dukan Diet 4th Day 杜肯減肥法第四天 - Attack Phase 4 of 5 day

When I woke up in the morning, I have an upset stomach, I have no idea why, felt a bit of gastric pain and an urge to eat something. In addition, I felt the lack of energy and it was quite tiring to lift up my feet to walk as well..

Pre-breakfast : Oat Bran Muffin

Breakfast : 1 small chicken thigh + 1 sunny side up fried egg



Felt much better after eating the breakfast

Morning Snack : Dried roasted cuttlefish + 600ml no sugar soy milk

Lunch : 2pcs of Baked Haddock with cheese

Afternoon snack : 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner : 1 roasted Chili chicken thigh + 4 meat balls + 2 packs of shirataki noodle



Exercise : 10000 Fitbit steps

Breakfast : Oat Bran Muffin + 1 hard boiled egg.


Morning Snack : None

Lunch : 2 small pieces of Cheese on Cod + 2 small pieces of black pepper pork chops


Afternoon Snack : 1 x hard boiled egg

Dinner : 6 meat balls + Shirataki noodle with low sodium chicken Broth


Evening Snack : Herbal Tea Egg white 茶葉蛋白

Exercise : 12000 Fitbit steps

Dukan Diet 2nd Day 杜肯減肥法第二天 - Attack Phase 2 of 5 days

6-Oct-2015 8:00am - 207lb with 24.6%Fat (50.92lb Fat)

Breakfast : Ham & Cheese Omelet - 1pc of Ham, 1 slice of cheese, a little skimmed milk, 1 whole egg with 2 egg white.

Lunch : Spanish Seafood chili (1/2 portion) + 2 chicken Thigh roasted with black pepper and herbs


Afternoon Snack : 1pc of chicken thigh roasted with black pepper, chili and herbs

Dinner : 6 meat balls + 2 packs Shirataki noodle in Low sodium chicken Broth


Evening Snack : 1 x Oat bran muffin

Exercise : uphill Walk 20mins

After a short getaway on the weekend with my wife, I had a lot of fatty food that I have been longing for. On Monday morning of the first day Dukan Diet , I weighted myself with a surprised of 3 pounds increment. Omg 3 lb 
為了減肥做準備,跟老婆去了一個很短的假期,吃了很多四川很油的菜,心知不妙。到星期一早上磅重才知道增加了三磅!

Anyway, here are what I had on my first day of diet
這是我第一天的杜肯減肥法食物。

Breakfast : Spanish Seafood Chili - it's basically stir fry squid and prawn in Chili and tomato paste sauce.
早餐:西班牙辣海鮮加一點茄醬

Morning snack : one hard boiled egg
早上零食:全熟蛋一隻

Lunch : 3 pieces of meat loaf - pork and beef meat loaf
午餐:三片豬牛肉餅

Afternoon snack : 1 piece of smoked salmon
下午茶:一片煙三文魚

Dinner : 10 meat ball with Shirataki Noodles (2 packs) on Chicken Broth
晚餐:十粒肉丸莩絲麵,雞湯


Evening Snack : 1 Oat bran muffin


Exercise : 10000 steps from by fitbit
