Anyway, here are what I had on my first day of diet
這是我第一天的杜肯減肥法食物。
Breakfast : Spanish Seafood Chili - it's basically stir fry squid and prawn in Chili and tomato paste sauce.
早餐:西班牙辣海鮮加一點茄醬
Morning snack : one hard boiled egg 早上零食:全熟蛋一隻
Lunch : 3 pieces of meat loaf - pork and beef meat loaf 午餐:三片豬牛肉餅
Afternoon snack : 1 piece of smoked salmon 下午茶:一片煙三文魚
Dinner : 10 meat ball with Shirataki Noodles (2 packs) on Chicken Broth 晚餐:十粒肉丸莩絲麵,雞湯
Evening Snack : 1 Oat bran muffin
Exercise : 10000 steps from by fitbit運動:一萬步
