Dukan Diet 3rd Day 杜肯減肥法第三天 - Attack Phase 3 of 5 days

Breakfast : Oat Bran Muffin + 1 hard boiled egg.


Morning Snack : None

Lunch : 2 small pieces of Cheese on Cod + 2 small pieces of black pepper pork chops


Afternoon Snack : 1 x hard boiled egg

Dinner : 6 meat balls + Shirataki noodle with low sodium chicken Broth


Evening Snack : Herbal Tea Egg white 茶葉蛋白

Exercise : 12000 Fitbit steps
