Dukan Diet 2nd Day 杜肯減肥法第二天 - Attack Phase 2 of 5 days

6-Oct-2015 8:00am - 207lb with 24.6%Fat (50.92lb Fat)

Breakfast : Ham & Cheese Omelet - 1pc of Ham, 1 slice of cheese, a little skimmed milk, 1 whole egg with 2 egg white.

Lunch : Spanish Seafood chili (1/2 portion) + 2 chicken Thigh roasted with black pepper and herbs


Afternoon Snack : 1pc of chicken thigh roasted with black pepper, chili and herbs

Dinner : 6 meat balls + 2 packs Shirataki noodle in Low sodium chicken Broth


Evening Snack : 1 x Oat bran muffin

Exercise : uphill Walk 20mins
