Breakfast - Oat Bran Muffin + 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
Morning Snack - 1 sunny side-up + 1 small chicken thigh
Lunch - 2pcs of black pepper pork chop
Afternoon Snack - 1 hard boiled egg
Dinner - 6 meat balls + Shirataki noodles
Evening Snack - 3 chinese herbal tea egg white (茶葉蛋白)
Exercise : 40 degree uphill walk for 20 mins
