Dukan Diet 4th Day 杜肯減肥法第四天 - Attack Phase 4 of 5 day

When I woke up in the morning, I have an upset stomach, I have no idea why, felt a bit of gastric pain and an urge to eat something. In addition, I felt the lack of energy and it was quite tiring to lift up my feet to walk as well..

Pre-breakfast : Oat Bran Muffin

Breakfast : 1 small chicken thigh + 1 sunny side up fried egg



Felt much better after eating the breakfast

Morning Snack : Dried roasted cuttlefish + 600ml no sugar soy milk

Lunch : 2pcs of Baked Haddock with cheese

Afternoon snack : 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner : 1 roasted Chili chicken thigh + 4 meat balls + 2 packs of shirataki noodle



Exercise : 10000 Fitbit steps
